GALLUP — Over the past few months or so, Sen. George Muñoz has been living the chorus of a Johnny Cash country song, hitting every local meeting he can to get the word out about DWI fairness in McKinley County. He’s hit the highways and byways, traveling from Gallup to Santa Fe regularly.

He’s been everywhere, man.

For about five hours Wednesday, Muñoz met with other notables from around McKinley County to come up with solutions to the county’s vexing DWI problem.
