Police say Gallup 17-year-old disappeared June 5

GALLUP — Police are searching for a 17-year-old Gallup teenager who has been missing since June 5.

Susan McCright reported her son Joshua McCright missing on June 8. He was last seen leaving for a friend's house in a blue-colored car at about 6 p.m. McCright did not return home that evening and did not show up for an appointment the next day.

He reportedly has a history of huffing paint, according to a missing person flier released by the Gallup Police Department.

McCright was last seen wearing a white, pink, black and gray shirt with the phrase "kitty" on it. He was also wearing frayed, faded blue jeans and big black sunglasses adorned with diamonds.

McCright is about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He has hazel hair and black eyes. McCright may be driving a 1993 blue four-door Chevy Lumina Euro with a New Mexico license plate of HZK 980 with a VIN number of 2G1WN54T8P9263309.
