Enjoli Etsitty
HOUCK, Ariz. Services for Enjoli Sara
Etsitty, 15, will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008 at the
Good News Mission in Houck. The Rev. Milt Shirleson will officiate.
Burial will follow in the family plot in Sanders.
Etsitty died Oct. 25, 2008 in Querino Canyon,
Ariz. She was born Feb. 20, 1993 into the Salt Water People Clan
for the Sleep Rock People Clan.
Etsitty attended Valley Sanders High School.
She also attended Wingate High School where she was a member of
JrROTC. in elementary school she received the President Award
and other awards. Her hobbies included arts and crafts, reading,
writing poems and target shooting. She was outgoing and tried
to excel at everything she did.
Survivors include her parents Hoskie Etsitty
of Tulsa, Rhonda C. Ellis of Houck; brothers Kevin Ellis of Killeen,
Texas, Jai Etsitty of Tulsa; sisters Winona Ellis of Albuquerque,
Jennifer Ellis of Houck; grandparents Joe and Louis Ann Ellis
of Kaibeto, Ariz., Fred Etsitty of Lupton, Ariz.
Etsitty was preceded in death by her grandmother
Sara T. Hale.
Pallbearers will be Jai Etsitty, Larry Ellis
Jr., Cameron Burbank, Jerome Tracey, Justin Hale and Daniel Ellis.
Silver Creek Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
Liboria Gonzales
GALLUP Services for Liboria Leby Gonzales,
78, will be 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 30, 2008 at Sacred Heart Cathedral
in Gallup. The Very Rev. Lawrence J. OKeefe will officiate.
Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
A rosary will be recited at Rollie Mortuary Today, Oct. 29, 2008
at Rollie Mortuary.
Gonzales died Oct. 26, 2008 in Gallup. She
was born June 2, 1930 in San Lorenzo, N.M. She was employed with
the Royal Holiday for many years before she retired and became
a child care provider.
Survivors include her daughters Wanda Medina,
Geraldine Montoya, Debbie Gonzales, Carol Alonzo, all of Gallup,
Cindy Hausner of Tucson, Cecelia Aguado of Albuquerque; sister
Mary Parra of Gallup; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Juan
R. Gonzales; sons Johnny Gonzales, Moses Gonzales; sister Margie
Padilla, Andrea Aragon, Helen Poncho, Gertrude Guillen; brothers
Carlos Aragon, Joseph Aragon.
Pallbearers will be Joe Paul Herrera, Kevin Michael Gonzales,
Juan Arrellanos, Johnny Alonzo Jr., Moses Alonzo, Edward Hausner,
Carol Alonzo and Joe Paul Herrera Jr.
The family will receive relatives and friends
at the KC Hall follwing services.

Ann Rodriguez
ALBUQUERQUE Funeral services for Ann
Therese Rodriguez, 48, will be 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1, at French
Mortuary Westside Chapel.
Rodriguez died Oct. 27, 2008, in Albuquerque.
She was born March 1, 1960, in Spencerport, N.Y.
She grew up on a farm in Albion, N.Y. where
she spent most of her childhood. At the age of 10, Ann and her
family moved to New Mexico where the weather would benefit her
fathers health. Ann attended Taylor Middle School in Rio
Rancho, and graduated from Cibola High School in 1978. After her
marriage, she and her husband moved to Gallup and lived there
for 28 years. They also owned and operated Rodriguez Pumping in
Gallup. She was also a distributor with the Albuquerque Journal
and Tribune for 27 years, finally retiring in 2007 and returning
to Albuquerque. She was an animal lover, hard worker, gardener,
landscaper.
Survivors include her husband Edward James
Rodriguez; sister, Donna; brothers, Ron, Leo, David Schultz; children,
Michelle Liane Norris, Edward Anthony, Sandra Ann Rodriguez.
Therese was preceded in death by her parents,
Emily and Ronald Schultz.
Bronson Smith Sr.
GALLUP Services for Bronson Smith Sr.,
33, will be at 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 30 at Rollie Mortuary Palm
Chapel. The Rev. Clarence Benally will officiate. Burial will
follow in the city cemetery.
Smith died Oct. 25 in Gallup. He was born
Jan. 9, 1975 in Gallup.
Survivors include his wife, Lorna Rose Grey
of Gallup; parents Alfred Kasuse of Springstead, N.M., Betty Jim
of Gallup; sons Bronson Smith Jr., Byron Smith; daughters Sonya
Smith, Breanna Smith; brothers Randy Kasuse, Danny Jim Daniel
Jim; sisters Diana Jim, Diane Jim; stepfather Dan Jim, all of
Gallup.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents
Lucy Kasuse, Johnson Smith, Mary C. Smith and Frank Kasuse.

Hilda Teller
WINDOW ROCK Services for Hilda Mary
Teller, 93, will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Oct. 31, 2008 at St. Michaels
Catholic Church in St. Michaels. The Rev. Gilbert Schneider, OFM,
will officiate. Burial will follow in Black House Valley in Newcomb,
N.M.
Teller died Oct. 22 in Fort Defiance. She
was born May 28, 1915 in Red Lake, N.M. into the Zuni People Clan
for the Mud People Clan.
Teller graduated from Albuquerque Indian School
in 1935. She worked at the day school in Standing Rock, N.M.,
the Churchrock Day School, Fort Wingate Army Depot and IHS in
Fort Defiance where she worked for 37 years.
Her hobbies included home canning and home
arts, crocheting, word puzzles, listening to Christian music.
She was featured in the Ladies Home Journal and recognized for
her preservation of Native foods and herbs.
She was an Eagle Scout mother and traveled
a great deal. She even sailed across Lake Michigan.
Survivors include her sons Dee Vernon Teller
of Fort Defiance, Ariz.; daughters Rosh Foley of Window Rock,
Rena Teller of Newcomb, Jerilene of Pine Ridge, S.D.; stepbrother
John Allen of Sheepsprings, N.M.; 14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren
nine great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Kent
R. Teller; parents John Belone and Naglenasbah; stepmother Elizabeth
and one grandson.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the St. Michaaels
Parish Hall after services.
