Family Camp
FLAGSTAFF — Family Camp will be June 14-20, at the El Nathan Christian Conference Center, Flagstaff. Cost: Cabins and tents $8 per person/per day, kids 5 and under free. Navajo speaker, Irvinson Jones, interim pastor, Gary Smith, church elder, churches, pastors and their wives, and more.

TORREON — Sixth annual Eastern Navajo Arts and Crafts Festival will be 9 a.m. to sundown, June 13, at the Torreon/Star Lake Chapter. Former Navajo Nation Chairman Peter MacDonald and former Navajo Nation Chief Justice Robert Yazzie will speak at 10:30 a.m. Will feature arts and crafts, market, arts demonstration, and more. Free Events
GALLUP — To entice young people to use Gallup’s public library, we’ve lined a summer’s worth of free events featuring the Yo-Yo Man, Magician and juggler, music with Judy Tunes, the Van of Enchantment, animals of the rainforest, crafts and more, beginning with Summer Reading Program kick-off carnival 10 a.m.-3 p.m., June 13, out on the Walk Way behind the Children’s library, 200 W. Aztec. Children will be treated to free game booths, snacks, balloon relay, petting zoo, cup cake walk, sponge toss, inflatable jumper and more.
