GALLUP — With 20 months to go in his administration, Harry Mendoza said he still finds being mayor of Gallup “enjoyable,” although a “little frustrating.”

And despite all of the criticism and the headline stories in the Independent linking him to a gang rape in 1948, he said this week that he’s looking at another term in office when this one ends.
