Man shoots, kills self at NMSP station Copyright © 2009 MILAN — A Michigan man shot himself in a District 6 New Mexico State Police substation parking lot Saturday morning, according to a NMSP spokesman. The man, whose name has not been released pending notification to his family, apparently pulled into the Grants substation on Historic Highway 66 at about 7:30 a.m., NMSP public information officer Lt.
