GALLUP — A little rain didn’t seem to bother the thousands of people who came out Thursday for the Ceremonial Night Parade.

The sky had threatened rain throughout the evening but people began arriving, many with chairs and blankets, hours before the parade was supposed to start, picking out the best areas to see the parade.
