Brothers convicted of murder Copyright © 2009 GALLUP — Milton and Larrison Bryant, brothers who were accused of raping a young woman and beating her boyfriend to death on Sept. 3 of last year, agreed to a second-degree murder conviction one day before they were slated to stand trial. The maximum sentence imposed on each man is 10 years in prison, according to the Plea and Disposition Agreement filed in District Court.
