WINDOW ROCK — The Navajo Nation Supreme Court denied a request to reconsider its ruling which allows for two issues to be put on the ballot for a special election.

The two issues concern the reduction of the Navajo Nation Council from 88 members to 24 members and the line item veto power for the president.
