URI president resigns Copyright © 2009 WINDOW ROCK — David N. Clark has stepped down as president and chief executive officer of Uranium Resources Inc., parent company of Hydro Resources Inc., which has proposed uranium mine operations in Churchrock and Crownpoint. Clark also stepped down as a director of the company effective Sept. 3, according to Paul K. Willmott, URI executive chairman of the Board of Directors. The board has appointed Donald C. Ewigleben to succeed Clark and also named him as a director to fill the board vacancy created by Clark’s resignation.
