Man dies in traffic accident Copyright © 2009 GRANTS — A San Rafael man died Saturday in a traffic accident near Ed Corley’s Ford Lincoln Mercury on Santa Fe Avenue. Gil Riggs, 71, who was riding in the front right passenger seat in a small GMC pickup truck, was pronounced dead at the scene, Grants Police Lt. Corey Allen said.
