2 shots needed for flu defense

GRANTS — For most people who receive a flu shot this year, one is all that is needed, health officials say.

For others though, especially those at risk, with the appearance of the H1N1 novel influenza, also called “swine flu,” a second shot is needed to help ward off the new flu.
