Marcie Dennison-Caster

GALLUP — Services for Marcie Rae Dennison-Caster, 37, will be 10 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 30, at Cope Memorial Chapel, Gallup. Burial will be in Gallup City Cemetery, Gallup.

Dennison-Caster was born Dec. 25, 1971, in Gallup.

Dennison-Caster graduated from Coconino High School in Flagstaff. She received her medical assistant and phlebotomy certification from the Arizona Academy of medical and dental assistants in Flagstaff. She was employed with a private construction contractor in Mountainaire, N.M. She had a strong passion for music, animals, arts and crafts, photography and being outdoors. She also enjoyed spending time with family, friends and her animals.

Survivors include her husband, Brian Caster of Mountainaire; son, Scott Hill of Gallup; mother, Charlene Begay of Gallup; grandmother, Loretta B. Begay of Gallup.

Dennison-Caster was preceded in death by her father, Felix Dennison; daughter, Briana Lynn Caster; grandfather, Scotty N. Begay Sr.

Pallbearers will be Joe Azua, Scott Hill, Brian Caster, Randale Doyebi, Andres Andy Tovar, and Marty Henry.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Church of the Nazarene, Gallup, following services.

Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Joe Garcia

GALLUP — Services are pending for Joe C. Garcia Sr., 92.

Garcia died Sunday, Sept. 27, 2009, i n Albuquerque. He was born May 19, 1917, in Gallup.

Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Altoya John

KEAMS CANYON — Funeral services are pending for Altoya John, 20.

John died Sept. 27, 2009, in Gallup. She was born July 19, 1989, in Tucson.

A family gathering will be 5 p.m., tonight, Sept. 29, at Churchrock Chapter.

Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Alleen Manning

GALLUP — Services are pending for Alleen Manning, 49.

Manning died Saturday, Sept. 26, 2009, in Santa Fe. He was born May 24, 1960, in Fort Defiance, into the Meadow People Clan for the Bitter Water people Clan.

A gathering for friends and relatives will be 6 p.m., Sept. 30, at Red Rock Chapter House.

Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Hilary Pacheco

GALLUP — Services for Hilary “Lala” Pacheco, 76, will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 30, at St. Francis Church, Gallup. The Rev. Eduardo “Lalo” Espinosa Chacon, OFM, will officiate. Burial will be in Gallup City Cemetery. Visitation will be 2 p.m., today, Sept. 29, at Rollie Mortuary. A rosary will be recited 7 p.m., tonight, Sept. 29, at Rollie Mortuary.

Pacheco died Saturday, Sept. 26, in Gallup. She was born June 17, 1932, in Anthony.

Pacheco enjoyed going to the Senior Citizens Center and enjoyed dancing.

Survivors include her sisters, Esther Flores of Gallup, Beatrice Graham of Albuquerque, Francis Candelario of California.

Pacheco was preceded in death by her parents, Sotero and San Juana Pacheco, John Pacheco, Jose Pacheco, Isabel Pacheco.

Pallbearers will be Rogelio Garciduenas, Martin Delgado, John Baca, Francisco Murillo, Gonzalo Bocanegra, Antonio Salcido.

Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

SANDERS — Begay died Sept. 23, 2009. She was born Jan. 12, 1992.
