Daniel Ashley

QUERINO CANYON — Funeral services for Daniel Ashley, 36, will be 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 8, at Good News Mission Church, Houck. Burial will be in Houck Community Cemetery.

Ashley died Oct. 4, 2009, in Gallup. He was born Aug. 12, 1973, in Gallup, into the Bitter Water People Clan for the Coyote Pass People Clan.

Ashley was an outgoing person, enjoyed working on horses and was always willing to help others.

Survivors include his son, Marshal Ashley; daughters, Danielle Ashley, Marsha Ashley; grandmother, Anna C. Ashley; one granchild.
Ashley was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley Ashley, Judy Bahe; brother, Robertson Ashley.

Angel Bitsie

GALLUP — Funeral services for Angel Lynn Bitsie, newborn, will be 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 8, at Rollie Mortuary, Gallup. Francis Begay will officiate. Burial will be in Gallup City Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:30-4:30 p.m., today, Oct. 7, at Rollie Mortuary.

Bitsie died Oct. 3, 2009, in Gallup. She was born Oct. 3, 2009, in Gallup, into the Edge of Water People Clan for the Seneca-Cayuga People Clan.

Survivors include her parents, Edmund R. Bitsie, Elrena Cook; brothers, Tarren Saunders, Elijah R. Bitsie, Carlos R. Bitsie, Edmund R. Bitsie Jr., Caleb Bitsie; grandparents, Nila Johnson, P.J. Platero, Mark Cook, Marcella Bitsie.

Bitsie was preceded in death by her sister, Baby Bitsie.

Pallbearers will be Robert Bitsie, Antonio Arias Jr.

The family will receive relatives and friends at Gallup Community Center, Gallup, following services.

Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Edward Dezonia

GALLUP — Private interment for Edward D. Dezonia, 48, will be at a later date.

Dezonia died Oct. 5, 2009. He was born July 22, 1961, in Gallup.

Survivors include his sisters, Debbie Brittain, Betty J. Montano, Jeanette Dezonia of Gallup.
Cope Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

William Richards

GALLUP — Services are pending for William George Richards, 69.

Richards died Monday, Oct. 5, 2009, in Albuquerque. He was born June 19, 1940, in Gallup.

Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
