Man accused in Scott Costley's death still in jail, bond is $200,000

GALLUP — There was no preliminary hearing for Daryl Begay Thursday, and his bond remains at $200,000 cash only.

The hearing, which is intended to allow the state to show probable cause on felony-level charges, had been scheduled to be held before Presiding Magistrate Judge John Carey on Thursday morning.
