WINDOW ROCK — The Ethics and Rules Committee withdrew a subpoena issued by the Ethics and Rules Office seeking records on Navajo Nation Council delegates’ discretionary funds.

The committee voted to withdraw the subpoena during a special meeting on Oct. 22 because an audit on the funds has been requested by the Office of the Speaker and committee members indicated they wanted to wait until the audit is complete.
