WINDOW ROCK — The alleged killer of Sister Marguerite Bartz will remain in the custody of Navajo law enforcement — at least until Monday.

The FBI has charged 18-year-old Reehahlio Carroll with federal first-degree murder in connection with the slaying of a 64-year-old nun in Navajo, N.M., Halloween night.
