Take a good hard look at the prison mug shot of convicted killer Eugene Ashley. He could be coming to a neighborhood near you sometime in the future — courtesy of New Mexico’s criminal justice system. Ashley will be the guy with “EVIL” tattooed on his left hand.

But thanks to the Fowler family of Navajo, Ariz., who asked the Independent to look into Ashley’s parole release slated for Nov. 8, Ashley is now facing another criminal charge and more prison time.
