Shooter in fence dispute indicted Copyright © 2009 GRANTS — The man accused of murdering two men in San Rafael was indicted on four charges Friday. The 13th Judicial District Grand Jury in Grants indicted one person in its Nov. 6 session. The jury delivered a true bill on charges against Danny Stanfield, 61, including two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempt to commit a felony — murder with a firearm — and one count of bribery of a witness, threats.
