GALLUP — Like any good field general, Naomi Lightsey of Window Rock has her plans intact, her troops assembled.

Things heat up Wednesday morning, she said, as soon as the newspaper arrives, with its bulk advertisements. This year marketing experts are calling the day White Wednesday.
