Anthony Diaz
GALLUP Funeral Mass for Anthony James
Diaz, 70, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, at Christ the King
Catholic Church, 1551 E. Dana Ave. in Mesa, Ariz.
A viewing will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, June 3, at Meldrum
Mortuary, 52 N. MacDonald in Mesa.
Diaz served honorably for the USMC as a Sgt. He enjoyed life,
laughter, family, and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Monica Jaramillo; sons, Alfred Diaz
and Adam Diaz; daughters, Toni Mathis, Aericka Valenzuela, and
Valerie Montoya; sister, Theresa Mora of Gallup; and seven grandchildren.
Diaz was preceded in death by his parents, Salomon and Pilar Diaz;
brothers, Paul Diaz and Salomon Diaz, Jr.; and sister, Ramona
Mora.
Willie Bahe
PRETTY ROCK Funeral services for Willie
Yazzie Bahe, 70, will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, at Cope Memorial.
Reverend Don Phoebus will officiate. Burial will follow in Santa
Fe.
Bahe died May 30 in Gallup. He was born Feb. 3, 1937 in Pretty
Rock into the Towering House People Clan for Mexican People Clan.
Bahe served in the U.S. Army. He was employed by McKinley County
Roads Department.
Survivors include his sons, Wayland Bahe, Walter Bahe, William
Bahe, and Tyson G. Bahe, all of Pretty Rock; daughter, Vangie
Bahe of Pretty Rock; and four grandchildren.
Bahe was preceded in death by Mabel H. Bahe.
Pallbearers will be Wayland Bahe, Walter Bahe, William Bahe, Tyson
B. Bahe, Vince Walter Bahe, and Jarvis Bahe.
Cope Memorial is in charge of arrangements.
Julius Wilson
ST. MICHAEL, Ariz Services for Julius
Wilson, 56, will be at 10 a.m.,Monday, June 4 at Good Shepard
Mission. Rev. Red Stevens will officiate.
A viewing will be from 9-10 a.m., at the Good Shepard Mission.
Wilson died May 30 in Tucson. He was born July 7, 1950 in Ft Defiance
into the One Walks Around People Clan for the Water Flows Together
People Clan.
Wilson attended Grantsville High School in Grantsville, Utah.
He worked for CTI Blaze Construction, James Bond Construction,
Danion Freightlines, Neilson Construction, Navajo Housing Authority
and WW Construction. He was a member of the Supervisor Committee
of the First American Credit Union.
He was a rancher, and enjoyed supporting local high school sports
teams and was a Denver Bronco fan.
Survivors include his wife Zonnie Wilson; daughters Zandra Wilson,
Sherry Kness, Nanabah, Maggie Alice Cleveland; sisters Maxine
Cleveland, Marie A. Yazzie, Mae John, Elsie Owens.
He was preceded in death by James M. and Maggie A. Wilson; son
Ruben Kirk; sisters Mary Josephine Wilson, Marion Plummer; and
George Wilson.
Pallbearers Robert Crank, Melvin Bowman, Spencer Yazzie, Stanley
Yazzie, Shane Yazzie, and Garrett Yazzie.
Rollie Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
