Fair/Rodeo

Work Session

SHIPROCK — Central Consolidated school district board of education work session will be 7 p.m., Aug. 14, at the Shiprock Board Room. Discussion: Attendance rate by grade, discipline referral, F-rate grade distribution, AYP, status of CCSD Vacancies, Dine language instruction, and gas tax resolution for the Navajo Nation.

Food Distributions

NEWCOMB — ECHO CSFP free food for kids and seniors food distribution will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Aug. 14, at the Newcomb Headstart/Chapter House. If you miss a CSFP distribution, pick up at ECHO Warehouse, 401 S. Commercial, Farmington, open 8 a.m.-5:30 p.mm., weekdays, closed 12-1 p.m., for lunch. The only program exclusions is WIC for moms or children.

Senior Citizens
