mine museum, 1410 Elva Drive, will be open for tours 1-3 p.m.,
Aug. 17. The museum is in the former Southwestern Coal Company
mine office and is an exhibit of items related to the mining history

in Aztec and in Kirtland advisement for students enrolling fall
2008 semester will be 4-6 p.m., Aug. 14. Appointments required.
Fall classes start Aug. 25. Students can get assistance registering,
scheduling courses, evaluate course credits, receive info on transferring
