Rosary Rally
GALLUP The Sisters of Our Lady of Guadalupe and St. Joseph
announce that the 27th Rosary Rally in honor of Our Lady the Most
Blessed Virgin Mary will be 2:45 p.m., Oct. 12, at St. Francis
Parish, 411 N. Second. The procession praying the Rosary will
end at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 415 E. Green, with a Holy Mass
at 4 p.m.
Heritage Council
CROWNPOINT There will be a CHCHC meeting scheduled for
Sunday, Oct. 12, 4 p.m., at the Navajo Technical College Board
Room. This is an important meeting concerning the future of CHCHC

Walk for Donations
GALLUP Fundraiser 2008, Pledge Walk for Donations For
Santo Nino de Zuni will be 6 a.m., Oct. 12, starting at Continental
Divide Electric Coop. Office, in Gallup on Hwy 602, The South
to Zuni Pueblo. To benefit the family of Santo Nino for repairs
of the roof, the home and to help pay bills. Donations are appreciated

Fall Break End
CHINLE Chinle Elementary School students return to school
after fall break on Oct. 13 with the usual seasonal change in
our dress code. Students need to wear a light jacket, long pants,
and closed shoes (no sandals) to school. The temperature drops
in the mornings and its important that students are dressed for
the weather.
