Emergency room breathes life into area hospital

GRANTS — Today, Cibola General Hospital has a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week, never-closed-for-holidays emergency room.

The ER is staffed with a doctor, who had to pass special tests to become a certified emergency room physician, as well as nurses and medical technicians.
