Property taxes on table for county Copyright © 2009 GALLUP — The McKinley County Commission will be holding a special session at 2 p.m. Thursday to discuss a subject dear to the hearts of all property owners in the county — taxes. The county has to approve new property tax rates by Friday so that they can be implemented by the time that bills start coming out in October from the county treasurer’s office.
