Man who drowned in pipe identified Copyright © 2009 GALLUP — Police have identified a body found in a drainage pipe behind the Dollar Tree Plaza at 1300 W. Interstate Highway 40 Frontage Road Sept. 11. Tommie Joe Jr., 57, apparently drowned in the drainage pipe, although the circumstances surrounding his death are not yet known, according to Gallup Police Lt.
