Paperwork gets mixed up in Bartz murder case

A federal judge in Albuquerque ruled Thursday that there is probable cause to hold a teenager accused of murdering a nun at her home on the Navajo reservation.

Meanwhile in Window Rock, the relationship between the Navajo Nation and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in New Mexico has become strained as a result of the recent arrest in the killing of the Navajo, N.M., Catholic sister.
