GALLUP — Opening arguments are expected to be given Tuesday in the murder trial of Joseph Evans, 33, who is accused of killing a Gallup teenager in September 2005.

Evans is accused in the killing of Felicia Hope Penaloza, a 16-year-old Gallup girl whose body was found under a bridge near Yahtahey.
