GALLUP — When Gallup City Councilor E. Byran Wall wants potential new residents of the Mossman area of Gallup to get a feel for the neighborhood, he tells them to take a drive down Julie Street. Or Valentina Street.

If they want, they can keep going to McKee, Zecca and Boyd.

On any of those streets, prospective residents can see well-kept lawns, streets free of litter and children playing in delight.
