GALLUP — Ring in the new decade this year.Although many people like to stay home and celebrate New Year’s Eve with family, many like to go out and dance and celebrate at restaurants, bars and casinos with friends and acquaintances. Many churches hold New Year’s activities for their parishioners.

David Cuellar, who lives in Bluewater with his family, said in an interview Monday that he and his family will stay at home in the forest around the lake.
