| Life saver After spending a winter night in his car, disabled man turns to local agencies for help  Roger Plummer gets into his vehicle after leaving his volunteer position at the San Juan Center for Independence on Tuesday afternoon. With help from the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, Plummer has been able become more independent.
